All samples, sound libraries, presets, and loops provided by Half Tide Samples are made available under the terms outlined in this License Agreement. By purchasing or downloading any product from Half Tide Samples, whether directly or through an authorized retailer, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All products from Half Tide Samples are licensed to you, not sold. Half Tide Samples retains full ownership and copyright of all included sounds and materials. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the sounds in your own audio, visual, or multimedia projects.

Permitted uses include, but are not limited to, music production, film and television projects, advertisements, video games, online content, business presentations, and other creative works. These uses are royalty-free, meaning no additional payments are required beyond the initial purchase.

However, Half Tide Samples products may not be used to create or distribute any competing sample packs, sound libraries, or similar products. This restriction applies regardless of whether the sounds are altered, layered, processed, or otherwise modified. Any such use is strictly prohibited.

You may not sell, share, sublicense, distribute, lend, lease, or otherwise make the sounds available to others except as part of a finished production (such as a song, film, or other media project). The sounds may not be redistributed in isolation, whether in their original form or modified, including as part of any sample library, preset pack, or sound collection.

Additionally, you agree not to use Half Tide Samples content in a way that directly or indirectly supports the creation, marketing, or distribution of competing products or services.

By purchasing from Half Tide Samples, you confirm that all information provided during the transaction is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for safeguarding your purchased content from unauthorized access or distribution.
